Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and location.

• Delivery Times: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days (depending on carrier and destination).

• Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post to keep shipping affordable and reliable.

• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand things happen.

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, cleaning tablets and opened/used products cannot be returned.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@sunshinesustainables.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
