Q: What makes your products sustainable?
A: We use compostable or recyclable packaging, refillable cleaning tablets, and eco-friendly ingredients that are safer for your home and the environment.

Q: Are your cleaning tablets safe for kids and pets?
A: Yes! Our tablets are made with non-toxic ingredients. They’re safe when used as directed, but like all cleaning products, we recommend keeping them out of reach of children and pets.

Q: What scents are available?
A: We currently offer Lavender, Eucalyptus, and Unscented.

 

📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship across Canada.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, most deliveries arrive in 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout to keep costs fair and accurate.

Q: Will I get tracking information?
A: Yes! You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

 

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused products in original packaging. Please note that cleaning tablets and opened products are not returnable for health and safety reasons.

Q: Who covers return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Q: My order arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do?
A: Please email us at info@sunshinesustainables.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it right away.

 

🌍 Sustainability & Refills

Q: How do the refill tablets work?
A: Just drop a tablet into a reusable spray bottle with warm water, let it dissolve, and you’re ready to clean!

Q: Can I compost the packaging?
A: Yes! Our tablet packaging is compostable in commercial composting facilities.

Q: Do you offer bulk options?
A: Not yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned by signing up for our newsletter.

Q: Do you offer subscriptions for refill tablets?
A: Yes! We offer a 12-month subscription, where you’ll receive your refill tablets delivered every 3 months, making it easy to stay stocked and sustainable without the hassle of reordering.
